The lodge is one of the oldest heritage buildings in Katoomba. The building was originally created as a primary school, subsequently transformed into a nursing home and at the end of 1970s it was refashioned into the guesthouse of today.
Located in the centre of Katoomba, Katoomba Mountain Lodge is just a few blocks from the train station and an easy 20 minute walk to Echo Point, where the Three Sisters and magnificent lookouts are located.
We offer complimentary wi-fi, an updated tourist information board with current events and stuff happening in town, two warm lounge rooms and TVs, bathroom facilities, a tranquil & relaxing reading room and a sunny terrace with two spacious outdoor decks.
