Reception opening hours
Our reception is open daily until 8 pm. If you are checking-in after 8 pm, please inform us and we can happily arrange a late check-in for you.
Arrival and Departure
Check in Time: 2:00 pm
Check Out Time: 10:00 am. If you arrive before 2pm and your room is not ready, we can store your luggage for free.
Dorm Rooms
Dorm rooms are for international travellers only.
Cancellation Policy
The property operates on a 48 hour “Cancellation & No Show Policy” on all rooms and rates. Failure to notify reception of your non arrival by 1.00 pm two days before your expected arrival date will incur the first night‘s charge.

No Party Policy
We have a strict “No Party Policy” to ensure all our guests have a pleasant stay with us. The management reserve the right to refuse accommodation at their discretion we also reserve the right to have you removed from the premises with no refunds.
Smoking in rooms
The lodge is a strictly non-smoking place. Smokers are allowed to smoke in the designated area near the car park only.
If you smoke in the room Penalty/Cleaning fee $500 apply.
